The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting four Production Operatives to join a modern, high-tech manufacturing environment in Bolton. We have two positions available on a fixed day shift and two positions on the night shift.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced production team, working with lightweight materials and small components to manufacture high-quality products. We will provide full training during the initial four-week training period.

Shift Available:

Day Shift

• Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:00pm

• Friday: 7:30am – 1:00pm

Night Shift

• Monday to Thursday: 6:00pm – 6:00am

• Training Period: The first 4 weeks will be worked on the day shift:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:00pm

• Friday: 7:30am – 1:00pm

Please note:

All successful candidates must complete the four-week training period before moving onto their allocated shift pattern.

**Day-shift working hours will be confirmed during the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Production Operative, your duties will include:

• Assembling small components and parts accurately.

• Carrying out quality inspections and identifying product defects.

• Punching and bending lightweight materials.

• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently.

• Correcting minor defects where appropriate.

• Completing repetitive production tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

• Keeping your workstation clean, tidy and safe.

• Working towards production targets and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Following all health and safety procedures and company guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

We are keen to hear from candidates who are reliable, motivated and ready to work as part of a busy manufacturing team.

Ideally, you will have:

• At least 6 months’ experience in production, manufacturing or a similar environment (preferred, but not essential).

• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• A flexible, team-focused approach to work.

• The ability to meet production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.
